By texting 419302 to (855) 552-1188 you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Heartbeat at that number, only if the owner misses check-ins. Never marketing; how often depends on missed check-ins, and it may be never. You are asked once — if you do not answer, we ask somebody else. A second time only if nobody else is left and you said that is okay; a third only if the owner is a member and nobody on the list answered. Never a fourth. STOP ends texts and calls right away without affecting email; the unsubscribe link in any email ends email.

The owner is told whether you agree or decline. Declining means that owner cannot add you again. Closing this page does nothing; the link stops working in three days.
